The Assets and Environment Working Group is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all Council owned properties. This includes the Gardiner Memorial Hall, Mandeville Hall, Cemetery, all Open Spaces such as the Recreation Ground and Spring Close, and Play Areas. Street furniture such as bus shelters and benches are also covered by the remit of this group. Other responsibilities for this group include the grass and hedge cutting contracts, and work to trees on Parish Council property.
