T5 Tracker Information

Last week we had an enquiry from a Parishioner about not being able to track the T5 bus. The Parish Council office contacted the atob bus company who are responsible for the service and this was the response.
Thank you for your email in regards to the T5 and the tracking of the vehicles.
As you may be aware, we have upgraded our ticketing facilities on the vehicles. With this upgrade we are experiencing a few hiccups with the tracking software which is linked to the old machines.
There is a fix happening behind the scenes to have this migrated over. However this is taking a bit longer than we had hoped.
As we have mentioned this is being worked on and will be back up as running as soon as we can. We can understand the frustration which comes with not being able to track the vehicles.
No fixed date, but the company are aware of the problem.
