Yvonne Rix

Parish Clerk and RFO

Profile

Yvonne has been working for the Parish Council since 1998 and took over the role of Parish Clerk in January 2014. Yvonne is a qualified Parish Council Clerk having gained the Certificate in Local Council Administration in 2009 and is the Proper Officer of the Council. She is responsible for all Council meetings, financial matters, managing other staff members and has overall responsibility for the burial grounds, halls, allotments, and the day to day running of the Council.

Sarah Ashby

Assistant to the Parish Clerk

Profile

Sarah joined the team in 2019 and assists the Clerk with the day-to-day administration of the Council. Her main responsibilities include dealing with the administration of the burial grounds, hall bookings, allotments, tennis court bookings and the football pitches.

George Rowland

Maintenance Officer

Profile

George started working for the Council in 2014 and carries out the general maintenance of the Council’s property. His main duties include the general upkeep and maintenance of both the Cemetery and Recreation Ground. He carries out visual checks on all play areas at least once per week and regularly empties the litter bins owned by the Parish Council.

Debbie Crawley

Facilities Supervisor

Profile

Debbie has been with the Council since 2009. She is responsible for opening and closing the halls for bookings. Debbie is also designated as our Premises Supervisor (Licencing) for the Mandeville Hall.

Martyn Wright

Assistant Facilities Supervisor

Profile

Martyn shares the Facilities Supervisor role with Debbie and covers for her on the days when she is not working. Martyn has been with the Council since 2017.
