Meetings of the Full Council are held on the second and last Tuesdays of the Month (date to be confirmed for second December meeting). Meetings start at 7.30 pm and are held at the Jubilee Reading Room, 99 The Causeway, Burwell, CB25 0DU. Members of the Public are welcome to attend the meeting and if they wish, may address the Council on any agenda items for the meeting during the Public Forum. Once the Public Forum has ended, members of the Public are not allowed to make comment to Council for the remainder of the meeting.
As a result of the Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus)(Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) regulation 2020 coming in to force on 4th April 2020, Parish Councils are now able to hold remote meetings (including by video and telephone conferencing) for a specified period until 6th May 2021.
In line with restrictions and advice regarding gatherings Burwell Parish Council has agreed to hold meetings of the Full Council using Zoom. As with all Full Council meetings, members of the press and public are welcome to attend. Should any member of the public wish to say something about one of the agenda items, especially planning, please email the Clerk with the information/content to email@example.com. This will then be read out at the meeting.

The Parish Council has Working Groups who meet bi-monthly to consider Council business and make recommendations to Full Council on the action to be taken. Members of the Public are not able to attend these meetings. Draft Minutes of these meetings can be found below.
