Parish Council meetings now being held in Mandeville Hall

Published: 11 May 2021

The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) Regulation 2020 enabled all Parish Council meetings to be held virtually until 6th May 2021. This regulation has not been extended meaning that Parish Council's must return to physical meetings from 7th May 2021.

Any meeting of the Full Council after this date will take place at Mandeville Hall, Tan House Lane, Burwell CB25 0AR following Government Safer Workspaces Guidance.

A maximum of 20 people will be allowed in to the Hall until all restrictions have been removed.  Members of the Public are welcome to attend the meeting, but please be aware that with 17 Councillors, and one staff member, this will limit the number of residents that can be allowed in the room. If the maximum number is reached then members of the public will be asked to observe the meeting from outside (all windows and doors will be open). If a member of the public wishes to speak on any agenda item, please contact the Clerk on burwellpc@burwellparishcouncil.gov.uk before 12 noon on the day of the meeting, so that arrangements can be made.
